This Shipping & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed with Otherside Nutrition through our website hosted on Squarespace and our checkout system powered by Cococart.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping within the Philippines and to selected international destinations. Available locations, shipping options, and fees are displayed at checkout.

Local Shipping (Philippines) – delivered via LBC Express.
International Shipping – delivered via DHL, servicing over 220 countries and territories worldwide.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during pre-orders, product launches, or high-demand periods.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Philippines (Local Shipping via LBC Express)

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and courier.

  • Provincial or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping (via DHL)

  • Delivery times vary by destination and courier.

  • International delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees, Customs & Taxes

Local Orders (Philippines)

  • Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • No additional customs or import taxes apply.

International Orders (DHL)

  • At checkout, customers complete payment for the product only.

  • International shipping fees are calculated separately based on destination, package weight, and DHL service availability.

  • Once your order is placed, Otherside Nutrition will contact you directly with the final international shipping fee, which will be collected as a separate transaction before the order is dispatched.

Please note:

  • Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination.

  • Service availability and restrictions may differ depending on the destination country.

  • Certain countries may require additional documentation or have import limitations.

  • Orders will only be shipped once the separate shipping fee has been settled.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Otherside Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local regulations, or courier handling.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the courier and destination.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Re-shipping fees may apply for returned or failed deliveries.

7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is delayed or appears lost, please allow reasonable time for delivery based on your location.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, Otherside Nutrition is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers unless required by law.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of consumable goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The incorrect item was received

  • The item is defective upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • Provide clear photos of the item and original packaging

  • Include your order number

Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.
